It also reports distributing dignity kits with UNFPA to flood-affected women at Komin Holding Centre, Gosainkunda, Rasuwa. An infographic posted on 9 October, with data as of 8 October, reports 13,907 people reached through WASH facilities, 1,884 through child-friendly spaces and 1,773 through mental-health and psychosocial support/psychological first aid. These are reported cumulative reach figures, not additional people to add to earlier totals or available service capacity. Posted 3 October 2026, with data as of 1 October: NRCS reports 22 water tanks installed, reaching 13,283 people, and 2,316 people reached with ready-to-eat food in its Rasuwa flood response. This is storage capacity, not daily water output or stock available for collection. It also reports a completed water-supply scheme at Galaudi Holding Centre, Gajuri-5, Dhading. Public collection hours and access arrangements are not stated. In its 17 September post, NRCS Dhading reports a hygiene-promotion session at Ratamate Holding Centre, Gajuri-6, reaching around 200 people from 36 flood-affected households. It can receive locally procured or customs-cleared cargo. This is facility area, not confirmed free space. Coordinate acceptance and delivery with LTC; it is not a public donation drop-off. The Dhunche hub was still being established. 3 October 2026 SOP (published 4 October): Eligible aid organisations can request road transport from Kathmandu/Bidur to Dhunche for hard-to-reach locations or where commercial services are not functioning. Submit one consignment and one origin/destination per request, at least 72 hours ahead. Accepted cargo needs QR shipping labels. Wait for LTC scheduling before loading. Approval, access and capacity remain conditional. 2 October 2026 cargo guidance: Organisations sending international relief cargo by air to Kathmandu are encouraged to coordinate shipment details and destinations with NDRRMA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Finance before arrival. NGOs/INGOs coordinate dispatch plans through NDRRMA and confirm transport before dispatch. Distribution is coordinated with district/local disaster committees. Existing UN/IFRC/ICRC agreements prevail where inconsistent, and Red Cross staging exceptions apply. This guidance is not shipment approval or a public donation drop-off. 1 October 2026 revision: LTC's October logistics plan includes road transport by truck, Bolero or other 4WD along Kathmandu-Bidur-Dhunche, plus temporary airport transit storage, longer-term storage in Kathmandu and Bidur, and air transport to Rasuwa with a possible Bidur stop. Services depend on access and funding; other destinations are considered case by case. This plan does not confirm road reopening, an accepted booking or a public donation drop-off. LTC's 6 September rules offer free temporary storage at Kathmandu HSA and air transport to affected Rasuwa communities for eligible aid organisations. Apply through the online service form linked in the 6 September SOP at least 72 hours ahead. Approval, access, capacity and permissions are required. Do not deliver cargo before LTC confirms.
