NDRRMA's 8 September, 7 pm report says power was restored to 1,147 more homes in Bidur wards 10 and 11 and describes Nuwakot's electrification rate as 99%. Its 7 September report separately listed restored household connections: Rasuwa 78%, Nuwakot 96.7% and Dhading 99.8%. Rasuwa's 7 September note reported access for 85% of its population. These measures differ; do not calculate a change between them or assume every home has power.
