NDRRMA's report for 7 September, 6 pm NPT, says Nepal Telecom has restored 117 of 120 towers and Ncell has restored 76 of 78 towers. These report totals differ from the earlier count of 27 flood-affected Ncell sites. Do not add the figures or treat the difference as newly restored towers. Network restoration does not guarantee stable service in every settlement.
