Overview
Nepal Telecom's 21 September 2026 notice says flood-damaged NT Fiber cables and routers that cannot be reused will be replaced and installed free. Affected NT Fiber customers whose service period has expired will receive a free three-month extension. SIM replacement requires five previously contacted numbers, the SIM's last location in an affected area, and a prompt KYC update.
