Food, clothing, medical help and electricity needed in Tarekeshwar

A 31 August field update says Tarekeshwar still has no electricity. Roads are hard to use. Medical help and basic relief are needed. BWSN separately says it is already helping some households, so we cannot confirm that no relief has reached the whole area. Earlier reporting says 50 displaced families need food and clothing. The exact villages, delivery point and usable route were not stated.
