Water and sanitation support needed for about 65,000 people

Japanese Red Cross's 7 September update estimates about 65,000 people urgently need water and sanitation support. Shelters also lack cleaning supplies, sanitation facilities and cooking fuel. This is a regional assessment, not a delivery order. It uses a different population measure from the earlier 22,000-child estimate; do not add or substitute the figures.
