WarningChameliya River flow restored; riverbank caution continues
Overview
On 5 September, Apihimal's chair told Dinesh Khabar that the landslide blockage at Bhatar had fully cleared and the Chameliya River was flowing again. This updates the earlier report of partial flow. Local authorities still asked people in affected areas and along the river to stay alert. They also warned against the Api base camp trek because of landslide risk. River flow returning does not mean all local risks have ended.
