Khodpe coordinated rescue hub and helipad
Gorkhapatra's 5 September report describes an existing rescue hub with a helipad in Khodpe. Security agencies hold search-and-rescue equipment there for regional deployment. The report says household relief stocks were unavailable; this is not a public pickup point or a newly opened centre.
